Due to the current high volume of orders received, some purchases are taking a bit longer than expected to process and ship. We are working extremely hard to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Please note: Due to the high volume of orders received during our sale period, some shipments may take up to 3-5 business days to process and ship.

Our team is hard at work to guarantee your order is shipped as soon as possible. Items in your order may ship separately.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Average shipping times:

Within the US: less than 5 business days

US to Canada: 3-5 business days

US to South America: 5-10 business days

US to Asia: 7-10 business days

US to Australia: 7-10 business days

US to New Zealand: 7-10 business days

US to Africa: 7-10 business days

US to Middle East: 7-10 business days

The above shipping times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping location and respective international customs. KATHRYN MCCARRON is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. We ask that you please use an alternate address at checkout, such as an office address.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If you are unable to locate this email, or believe you have yet to receive your tracking details, please email us at info@kathrynmccarron.com.

What happens if my package gets lost?

Please email us at info@kathrynmccarron.com. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages if there is proof of delivery. 

US ORDERS

All US orders ship via UPS. 

Do you charge sales tax?

As an e-commerce company based in the US, we are required to charge sales tax on orders shipping to certain states. This list may vary over time. Any applicable taxes are automatically calculated at checkout.

 

Return Policy

All returns via UPS

We offer free returns and exchanges for full-price purchases and are happy to help you find your perfect fit. If something is not quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Note: Returns and exchanges only apply for unworn and unwashed merchandise. Merchandise received past 14 days will automatically receive store credit in the form of KATHRYN MCCARRON gift card.

    To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

    1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
    2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
    3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

    Note: If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods we reserve the right not to accept your return. We will refund your purchase price to you in full within 7 days of the receipt of your returned goods. Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery. 

    If you need to return any item, please wrap securely (enclose your order number & proof of purchase) and send to:

    Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office in case your package fails to reach us. It is the responsibility of the customer to return items to Kathryn McCarron and obtain suitable insurance for the value of goods enclosed.

    INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, Customs duties and taxes on all international orders are non-refundable through KATHRYN MCCARRON. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.

    Returns and exchanges are free for any full-price purchase within policy. However, we are only able to provide pre-paid UPS labels for US customers. Should you choose to forgo our free return service and use a different carrier at your own expense, our Concierge Team can assist you with the proper return address. We are not able to reimburse return shipping costs.

    How long does a return or exchange take to process?

    Exchanges are processed immediately, as long as we have your desired size and color in stock. Otherwise, our skilled concierge team can help you find another item you may love. Returns may take 2-3 weeks to process.

     

    DAMAGES

    If you are worried that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email info@kathrynmccarron.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you.
