Returns + Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

Note: Returns and exchanges only apply for unworn and unwashed merchandise. Merchandise received past 7 days will automatically receive store credit in the form of KATHRYN McCARRON gift card. Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

    How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

    1. Contact our customer service team at to initiate the return or exchange process.
    2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.
    3. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
    4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

    Note: If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods we reserve the right not to accept your return. We will refund your purchase price to you in full within 7 days of the receipt of your returned goods. Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery. 

    Return/Exchange Process:
    Once your return/exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (for online purchases) or instructions for in-store returns.
    Please securely package the item(s) and include the original packing slip or a note with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
    For exchanges, once we receive the returned item(s), we will ship out your exchange item(s) promptly.

    If you need to return any item, please wrap securely (enclose your order number & proof of purchase) and send to:

    Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office in case your package fails to reach us. It is the responsibility of the customer to return items to KATHRYN McCARRON and obtain suitable insurance for the value of goods enclosed.

    How long does a return or exchange take to process?
    Exchanges are processed immediately, as long as we have your desired size and color in stock. Otherwise, our skilled concierge team can help you find another item you may love. Returns may take 2-3 weeks to process.

    Refunds/Store Credit:
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
    If you prefer store credit, we can issue a gift card for the refunded amount upon request.

    Non-Refundable Items:
    Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return/exchange is due to an error on our part.
    Gift cards, personalized/customized items, and final sale/clearance items are non-refundable.

    Defective Items:
    If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

    International Returns:
    International returns/exchanges may be subject to additional shipping fees and customs charges. Please contact us for further assistance.
